Refund Policy
A LEGAL DISCLAIMER
Timeframe: You have 14 days to request a return from the date of delivery. In case of manufacturing defects, the period is extended to 30 days according to Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.
Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging (shrink-wrap must be intact for books and educational kits).
Non-Returnable Items: Digital products (PDFs, Online Courses), and physical items that have been written in, marked, or damaged by the customer.
Costs: Shipping fees for returns are covered by the customer for "change of mind." If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will bear all shipping costs.
Defective Products: If a book has missing pages, printing errors, or an educational tool is broken upon arrival, a full refund or exchange is guaranteed.
Pre-orders: For educational products made or printed specifically for you (Customized), returns are only accepted if the product does not match the specifications requested.
Partial Refunds: If a bundle is purchased and only part of it is returned, the refund will be calculated based on the individual price of the items kept.
REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS
Request: The customer initiates the return by contacting us via WhatsApp or Email with a photo of the product and the receipt.
Initial Review: We verify the request within 24-48 hours to ensure it meets our conditions.
Pickup: We schedule a courier to pick up the item from your doorstep.
Inspection: Once the item reaches our warehouse, we inspect its condition (ensuring no writing, highlights, or torn pages).
REFUND PROCESSING
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are sent via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash within 3-5 business days after inspection.
Credit Card: The refund is reversed through our payment gateway (Paymob/Kashier) and may take 7-14 days to appear in your bank statement.
